This live and dead stock show is held at the
South of England Show Ground at Ardingly,
West Sussex every November.
This carcass class is judged by a different
butcher every year.
The photo to right is of the Champion
pork carcass won by David in 2006.
David has won this competition ten times.
In the years 1992, 1993, 1995, 1996, 1998,
1999, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2008.
He has won the cup outright twice.
